Executive/Manager - Business Development - BFSI (0-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Daily reporting to bank.
- Ensure Quality Sourcing of New Customers.
- Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing and new customers.
- Generate leads of customers through referral, meeting, branch walk-ins customers, associates, e-mailing, direct mailing, ATMs & Cold Calls in the catchment areas.
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate.
- Min 1 Year of Experience in Direct Sales.
- Must be Localite since past 1 Year.
- Age : Min 21 Years - Max 29 Years.
- Two Wheeler Required.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills are required.
CTC Range : 2.75LPA - 3.50LPA
Attractive Incentives (Can Earn Upto 50000 Per Month) + Monetary and Non Monetary Rewards.
