Qualifications and Skills:
- Business Management degree from a premier institute specializing in Marketing / Business Development
- Experience range of 1-5 years
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed
Work Profile:
- Support Head of Marketing in day-to-day business schedules
- Manage calendar and itinerary of Head of Marketing
- Shadowing the Head of Marketing : Shadow the Head of Marketing in all business operations and decision making. Accompany the Head of Marketing in meetings, conferences, and other business activities to observe executive decision-making, communication strategies, and leadership techniques.
Business Analysis : Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Be able to make presentation decks and business materials as required
Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients. Represent the organization in meetings and events as directed by the Head of Marketing. Handle customer/partner inquiries and prioritize criticality.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and discussions pertaining to the organization's operations, financials, and strategic plans.
