Executive - Loan Sales (1-3 yrs)
Loan Sales Executive - NBFC
- Customer Interaction : Counseling, Servicing, Enhance customer experience.
- Credit and Disbursement appraisal for Retail loan
- Use of systems/softwares to facilitate Disbursements & Activities related to Customer service
- In house Marketing of HDFC and its group company products.
- Coordination with channel as well as the customer for the Post Sanction process.
- Compliance to Company policies and process .
- Collection and verification of documents, as per process.
