Our client is an established and certified staffing firm. As a leading offshore services provider, they have a large talent pool of skilled and experienced professionals that can help businesses grow teams at lower costs.

The Job : 

You will be responsible for :

- Promoting company services to new prospects/clients through cold calls, presentations and sales campaigns.

- Leveraging emails and Linkedin to generate leads

- Identifying, qualifying and generating leads in the domestic market.

- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.

- Understanding initial clients requirements.

- Meeting/exceeding monthly targets.

The Profile :

- You have at least 1 year experience in targeting decision-makers and generating qualified leads.

- You have excellent interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills.

- You have strong business acumen

- You are a self-starter and passionate about learning.

- You are motivated and are not deterred by rejection

- You are a strong networker and relationship builder
