Desired Candidates - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with leads, whether through cold calls, emails, or social media outreach. Proficiency in using lead generation tools and platforms, such as CRM software, marketing automation systems, and lead databases, is crucial for efficiently managing and tracking leads. A good understanding of sales and marketing principles is important.

Roles and Responsibilities -

- 2 - 6 years of overall experience where 1+ experience in APAC and US/UK Market is a must.

- Cold calling: Identify and qualify prospects for company services by making outbound calls to potential customers or leads.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Identify potential leads using databases, lists, online research, and referrals.

- Services Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.

- Assess leads' suitability and interest by asking questions about their needs, budget, and purchasing timelines.

- Set appointments or meetings for sales team with qualified leads interested in company offerings.

- Manage data: Keep accurate and current records of lead interactions in the system.

- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads who are not yet ready to convert.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets set by the marketing manager.

- Regular feedback and reporting to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and market insights from calls.

- Adhere to company-provided scripts and guidelines for consistent and professional interactions during calls.
