Executive - Lead Generation - Education (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product & business teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and expand the customer base.
- Identify potential leads through innovative outreach methods to establish contact and interest.
- Nurture relationships through targeted communication and follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of premium services and features to potential users, highlighting how they can benefit from the platform.
- Maintain & Analyze lead data and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns/approaches to make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation & conversion efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation & sales performance, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and ROI analysis, to provide insights to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and sales to continuously improve processes and achieve targets efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in lead generation.
- Proficiency in speaking English & Hindi (added advantage if you can speak Marathi or Gujarathi)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts such as target audience segmentation, branding, and promotional strategies.
