Executive - Lead Generation/Business Development - IT (1-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposals, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales, and >Handing over the client to the delivery team.
- Should be comfortable in client interaction.
- Expert in generating new business through LinkedIn, Facebook & and other Social Media Portals.
- Can Meet the Targets within the timeline and handle work Pressure.
- Experience in Business Development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposals, and negotiation with International clients.
- Excellent PR skills to make long-term relationships with clients.
- Should be able to manage the sales process independently.
- Regular communication with the management to successfully execute the business strategy.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
- Identify, create, and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- Should have experience in handling the lead generation team, motivating them, and supporting them for qualified leads.
- Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Able to propose project budgeting to the client.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
Requirements:
- Should have 1 to 10 years of experience.
- He/She should have experience in handling International clients.
- Manage the business development.
- Execute and mature the bid.
- Good command of English.
- Can handle the Team.
