Executive - Lead Generation/B2B Marketing - SaaS (1-3 yrs)

Key Role & Responsibilities :


- Develop and implement B2B Email Marketing strategies, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, product announcements, and more.

- Build and segment email lists based on customer personas and engagement levels to deliver personalized content.

- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and visuals that resonate with B2B decision-makers.

- Monitor email campaign metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

- Plan, Execute and Optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant B2B channels.

- Define target audience segments, create compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to drive quality leads and conversions.

- Utilize A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging for continuous improvement.

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven

recommendations for optimizing ROI.

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic.

- Monitor search engine trends and algorithm updates, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal search visibility.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a B2B SAAS environment for 1-3 years.

- Demonstrated success in planning and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of SEO, Email marketing, and Social Media strategies.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
