Executive/Junior Executive - Marketing - Luxury Resort (1-5 yrs)

- Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities

- Assists managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials

- Assists planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns

- Assists organizing public relations events, opportunities or product exhibitions

- Create reports on all marketing activities

- Doing market research

- Experimenting with unique marketing platforms and tracking best performing avenues

- Media and advertising planning and execution

- Social media/ digital platform management

- Working on and increasing customer pre and post sales experience

- Increasing customer engagement through all channels

- Ensure that the brand engages with the correct target audience in the cheapest possible manner

- Coordinating with Sales, Design and Content Team to ensure overall strategy is being followed

- Increasing overall marketing ROI

- Coordination with vendors for execution of marketing collaterals

Desired Candidate Profile :

Minimum level of Education :

BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline

Skills & requirements :

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

- Good organization and planning skills

- The ability to work well as part of a team

- Time Management

- Persuasion

- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

- Experience in creating content for a brand

- Social Media understanding

- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance

- Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw
