Job Requirements :
- US Travel Sales - Voice process
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- 1 year + experience in international Travel process
- Should be a team player.
- Knowledge of GDS( Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
- Handling customer service & sales calls from US customers.
- Follow with customers and clients for existing reservations.
- Sell/Cross -sell travel related services(Flights tickets, Hotel, Car, Travel insurance, Packages etc)
- Google campaign calls or adword generated calls, flight reservation(website calls).
- Helping customers with Travel planning, flights & packages, Travel advice and information.
- Exceeding monthly target every month while maintaining quality.
- Meeting monthly performance metrics/ sales target.
- Meeting target and generating MCO/ Revenue for the company.
