Our client consists of brands of Consolidated Hospitality Supplies (CHS). From bed linens and bath amenities to guest room accessories and housekeeping supplies, they're dedicated to supporting your unique guest experience.

The Job

Your responsibilities will include :

- Creating end user demand for products and services via outbound sales calls.

- Manage a new or existing sales territory with moderate or lower market share and will be responsible to grow sales, increase customer engagement and expand self-service web utilization.

- Develop opportunities and create high market share customers. The position requires both relationship building and new business development.

Ideal Candidate

- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience/ Freshers with good communication and interest in Sales/ Business Development.

- You have proven experience in closing sales and maintaining a loyal customer base via the phone

- You are goal driven; known for exceeding sales goal and expectations

- You are self-motivated: strong work ethic and have a desire to control their income

- You have strong organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills

- You have ability to complete a high volume of outbound calls daily that result in increased sales and customer engagement

- You are able to overcome objections and meet or exceed monthly sales goals

- You possess strong communication skills and ability to influence decision making

- You have ability to adapt to changing customer and business needs.

- You are organized, agile and a forward thinker

- You have ability to create urgency with customers to make buying decisions

- You have technical skills with the ability to utilize all provided sales tools (CRM, SAP, Excel) to maximize customer spend opportunities.
