Job Title: International Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai, India (Position involves international travel to European Market)

Our client is a prestigious and large-sized diamond and jewelry company based in Mumbai, India. With a rich legacy in crafting exquisite pieces, they have established themselves as a leader in the industry, known for commitment to quality and innovation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our client's team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of extensive sales experience in the international market, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales targets. The role will require periodic travel to Europe for at least 15 days to conduct sales promotions, build and maintain client relationships, and represent the clients brand on the global stage.

Responsibilities:

1) International Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in international markets, with a primary focus on Europe, selling High end diamond jewelry collections to retailers across European Markets

2) Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance the company's global reach.

3) Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and challenges.

4) Sales Promotion: Plan, coordinate, and execute sales promotions and events in collaboration with marketing teams, ensuring maximum visibility and brand exposure.

5) Travel: Undertake international travel, specifically to Europe, for at least 15 days per month in the initial phase creating a client base apt for our merchandise. Conduct face-to-face meetings, attend industry events, and foster international business relationships.

6) Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.

7) Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and ensure successful deal closures while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- No rejection of European Visa and who would be comfortable driving abroad.

- Comfortable spending 10-15 days a month minimum out of India

- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in international sales(retailers) in the diamond and jewelry industry.

- Strong understanding of international market trends and business practices.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in English & French; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
