Our client is a customer-focused Electronic Components Distributor based in Bangalore, India. They specialize in providing a wide range of electronic components to industries such as IoT, Automotive, Industrial, Energy, Railways & Military. Apart from this, they are exporting Automotive batteries and other automotive products. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they strive to provide the best service and support to their clients.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

-Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.

- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the Automobile industry

- Experience within Multi-country Sales would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Industrial & Manufacturing is strong plus.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India and Rest of Asia.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
