Executive/Intern - Customer Support - eCommerce (0-3 yrs)
Intern Responsibilities :
- Manage entire backend operations of our eCommerce Platform - Seller Website/Products Setup
- Training, Coordination with Sellers
- Supporting them with their eCommerce activities and order management
- Activities-- Customer Service, Product Management, Partner Training, eCommerce Store Setup, Order Fullfillment Tracking, Setup Promotions and offers, Coordination with sellers.
Skill(s) Required :
Good Communication Skills - Written and Verbal, Understanding of Ecommerce, Operations Background (Preferred)
