Executive - Inside Sales - Unified Communication (1-5 yrs)

- Their telecom division provides comprehensive Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) solutions, integrating various communications methods with collaboration tools such as VOIP, real-time audio and video conferencing, virtual whiteboards, IM, mobility, and enhanced call control capabilities that are reliable, efficient, and designed to support future advancements in the communication space.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for generating verified leads.
- Responsible for providing customer service to the client and ensuring all client queries are answered by closing leads.
- Responsible for informing the immediate supervisor/ Manager/ Management in case there are any escalations or client complaints.
- Responsible for the security of data and leads.
- Provide an end-of-day report.
- Maintain follow-ups and leads daily.
- Achieving leads targets monthly.
- Report to the Team Leader/ Manager.
Candidate Profile :
- Female graduates/ diploma with minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and Internet
- Experience in Tele- calling required
- Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
- Eager to learn
Must have Skills : Inside Sales, corporate sales, Business Development,
Soft skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc
Preferred Industry: Unified Communications &Collaboration (UC&C)/Networking/AV/Office automation products/solutions
