Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking care of customers inquires and PSF calls.
- Handling customer complaints, calls to provide timely responses and resolution while maintaining positive customer's relationships.
- Making invoice and insurance [NEW and RENEWAL].
- Customers disbursement and approval.
Must Skill:
- Should know Tally ERP
- Must be fluent in Kannada.
