Executive - Inside Sales - Recruitment Firm (2-4 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HR domain, and possess strong telephone, communication, and convincing skills. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, scheduling meetings for the Field Sales Team, and helping grow our HR consulting, contractual staffing, and permanent staffing businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation :

- Identify and research potential clients in the HR domain.

- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to generate leads.

- Appointment Setting:

- Contact prospective clients to set up meetings for the Field Sales Team.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

- Address client queries and concerns in a professional manner.

Sales Support :

- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to support their sales efforts.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.



- Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience :

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR domain.


- Strong telephone, communication, and convincing skills.

- Ability to build rapport with potential clients.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.


- Familiarity with HR consulting, contractual staffing, or permanent staffing businesses.
