Executive - Inside Sales - Recruitment Firm (2-4 yrs)
The job description for the role is as follows :
- We are looking out for experienced, and self-driven inside sales executive b2b to join our sales team for ShramIN. It's a dedicated job site for blue & grey collar workforce needed in micro and small enterprises. It is a technology-based networking platform, built on three pillars - candidates, employers and training partners. As an Inside sales executive, you will be responsible for handling outgoing calls to Enterprises and Placement Agencies.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Comfortable for outbound calling.
- Generating leads from LinkedIn and Job portal etc.
- Communicating With customers, making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Fixed the meeting with enterprises customers and keep the Follow-ups on a daily basis.
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activities, interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements and Skills :
- Proven inside sales experience of at least 2 years in the recruitment/staffing/job portal industry, such as Naukri, Apna, Times Jobs, Just Dial, Sulekha, IndiaMart, etc.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
