Executive - Inside Sales - Recruitment Firm (1-3 yrs)
Position - Inside Sales Executive
Experience : 1 - 3 years
Location : Dombivli East
Salary - 12K - 18K + Incentives
Working Days & time - Mon - Sat (9.30 AM - 6.30 PM) / 2nd & 4th Sat Off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cold calling companies from given data to generate new business.
- Explain the services of the company to the client over call and generate tie-up.
- Send mails to the company and followup for closure.
- To follow up and negotiate on terms and other contract formalities.
- To effectively use marketing strategies like LinkedIn, References, Google Data Mining, Email Marketing for generating new clients.
- Effectively maintain the Client Relationship for smooth recruitment & billing.
