We are hiring Inside Sales Executive for a group which manages a diverse real estate portfolio, infrastructure projects, electrical products distribution, gold jewellery, and finances.

The Job : 

Key responsibilities areas :

- Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients.

- Managing client queries on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
 
- Providing the best possible solution to customers. 


Follow up.

- Negotiating on the price.

- Closing deal and taking care of documentation.

- Making a report

The Profile :

Key competencies :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Good Convincing skills

- Candidates from Real Estate, Tourism, Insurance, Banking, Credit Cards inside sales experience preferred.
