Executive - Inside Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities :


- Connecting with the customer leads given by the company

- Managing client queries on phone & converting tele-conversation into a personal meeting

- Providing the best possible solution to customers

- Follow up with customers

- Negotiating on the price

- Closing deals on phone and taking care of documentation

- Making a report

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the company.

Requirements :

- Any Bachelor's degree

- Proven minimum 1 year of experience within an Inside Sales role, ideally within the real estate industry

- Experience within Residential and Commercial Real Estate would be a strong advantage

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets

- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
