Our client is an online real estate property platform that is driven by AI. They aim to make real estate transactions as convenient as possible and best of all, commission free. They managed to raise more than $100M in investments and have grown rapidly in the last year.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Identifying qualified prospects for business opportunities

- Establishing contact and developing strong relationships with prospects to recommend solutions and sell products

- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.

- Conducting daily follow-ups on older leads as well as working on new leads.

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

The Profile :

- You have at least 1 year experience within Telesales (Voice Process) role

- You must be currently able to work for home (laptop & wifi connection mandatory)

- You are fluent in English and Hindi to interact with clients.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
