Experience:- Fresher -1 years
CTC Offered- 15,000 to 18,000 PM + Incentives
Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Business Acquisition - Residential Properties
2. Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them
3. Follow independent owner deals and close them.
4. Verification of location and house before onboarding the property
5.Pitch about the company's policies and pitch to owners.
6- Collection of details for Agreement Generation between Owners and Jugyah
7- Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
Requirement :
1. Good Presentability and communication.
2. Should be comfortable to work on weekends.
3. Demonstrate a positive, 'can-do' attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
