Job Responsibilities :
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using tele-scripts
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Talking fluently in the customers language
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Follow- up with customers within a specified time period with regards to the initial call
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Maintaining customer relationships
Job Requirement :
- Strong sales skills
- Calling experience is must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to write and present reports
- Strong organizational skills
