Executive - Inside Sales - P2P Platform (0-3 yrs)
As a growing firm with a strong product, we are now focussing on increasing our user base and outreach to make our presence felt to our target customers in the fastest ways possible. To achieve this goal, we are looking for aggressive talent eager to get into the job market and make a difference to the firms and clients they are working with. Your work with us will be:
- Prospecting and building a solid pipeline.
- Strictly qualifying leads to go after our target market in a focussed manner.
- Working closely with the sales team to build and manage client relations.
- Pursuing existing clients to identify further opportunities.
- Maintaining good client relationships that will cater to our brand image.
- Staying focussed on monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Keeping an eye on the market trends and competitor offerings to keep the business updated with your on-field feedback gathered from your day-to-day work.
The Profile :
- You possess a Degree in Engineering, Finance or other domains and have a fair understanding of our lending market.
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- You are a driven individual with a zeal to outperform given targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a quick learner and a great conversation builder.
- You have a flair with words and you are not afraid of picking up the phone and reaching out to clients.
- You are extremely adaptable and can thrive in changing environments.
