Position Name : Inside Sales Executive

Employment Type : Full Time, permanent
Education : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 06 Month- 3years (upto 25 K)
Office Timing : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1st & 3rd Saturday off)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Communicating with customers on regular intervals
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Developing new leads & referrals
- Creating and maintaining customer database
- Understanding customer needs
- Explaining product features and benefits
- Closing sales and achieving monthly sales quotas
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Required Key Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and closing sales.
