Job Description :
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as Inside Sales Executive in IT Services.
- Experience in sourcing contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Lusha, Google search and offline networks.
- Should have experience in email marketing and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing sales targets.
- Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (onboards), new client signups (Key clients)
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Work closely with client teams and and our internal delivery team to generate business
- Visit clients to establish business relation, making pitches to prospective clients, sign agreements, etc.
- Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
