Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team in Jaipur. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients in the software and hardware industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

2. Identify and qualify potential clients to determine their needs and requirements.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software and hardware solutions.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and approaches for different client segments.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance against sales goals.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.

10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about the latest advancements in software and hardware technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.

3. Strong understanding of software and hardware sales processes.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced sales environment.

8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

9. Knowledge of the IT market in Jaipur and surrounding areas is highly desirable.

10. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
