Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-4 yrs)
Job Title: Inside sales Executive ( Females only)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1-4 years (Only IT Sales Preferred)
Languages: Kannada, Tamil, Marathi
Communication Skills: Excellent Communications Skills, Ability to understand and articulate customer requirements, Knowledge of local language mandatory over and above good command over Tamil, Kannada, Marathi.
Domain Knowledge:
- IT solutions and products selling experience is preferred.
- Communicating with clients, making outbound B2B calls, and following up on leads.
- Understanding clients' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
