Sales Superstar

We are looking for a superstar sales performer to join our fast-growing team. This person is overly communicative and an overachiever who is passionate about helping beauty and wellness centers grow their businesses.

About the company

We are an early-stage SaaS company based in Bangalore, India. We are building a first-of-its-kind tool to help beauty and wellness centers with their growth. We are on a mission to transform the business process of beauty and wellness centers throughout the world! We aim to grow 5-10X by next year.

What you will do

- Actively engage with prospects using various channels such as phone calls, texts, and emails

- Generate and qualify leads

- Set up and perform online or offline product demos to qualified prospects

- Develop and manage a sales pipeline

- Meet sales quotas

- Keep clear track of prospects and progress

- Present value proposition and business cases with clear quantitative ROI

- Actively collect feedback

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 6months to 5 years of sales experience

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- Proficiency in using MS Office and any CRM

- Consultative SaaS sales background is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
