Key Responsibilities :
Sales Outreach :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Microsoft 365 products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Good to have experience in cloud selling- M365, Google and AWS
- Conduct Market research (Primary and Secondary Research) to identify potential customers
Product Knowledge :
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and industry trends.
- Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft 365 products in relation to the client's business requirements.
Customer Engagement :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and provide relevant solutions.
Sales Targets :
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.
Lead Qualification :
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with the target customer profile.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve product offerings.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines.
