Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-2 yrs)

Job description :

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Understand customer needs and requirements.

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure.

- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly quotas.

- Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Database profiling and validation

- Update CRM

Background :

- Person with Sales background in IT Industry

- Preferably selling - Email Solutions, Messaging Solutions, Data Centre or Hosting Solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, Active Listener, Versatile, Presentable etc.

- Currently doing Lead Generation and Sales Call to clients for pitching.

- Working on Targets and ready for Fix and Variable salary.

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Experience in database management in CRM

- 1-2 years in same domain

Target :

- Target is to fix qualified meetings for sales team.

- Per week meetings target will be there.

Qualifications :

- Excellent Communication

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 1+ years' previous Inside sales/lead generation experience

- Experience working on CRM system
