Inside Sales Associate

- A women's healthcare startup, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for its rapidly growing Bangalore-based team. Our clinics in Indiranagar, Kalyan Nagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, offer accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women across life stages. Rated 4.7 for service from customers.

- Location : Bangalore

- Work Hours : 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)

- Opportunity : Full-time - 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (Saturdays/Sundays are work-from-home)

Responsibilities :

Direct Customer Engagement :

- Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.

- Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.

Customer Relationship Building :

- Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.

- Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Product Knowledge :

- Develop a deep understanding of our products.

- Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.

Sales Pitch Customization :

- Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.

Closing Deals :

- Use persuasive skills to close sales deals.

- Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.

CRM Management :

- Keep accurate records in the CRM system.

- Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.

Achieving Targets :

- Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement.

- Regularly report progress to sales team lead.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability :

- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills.

- Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.

Feedback and Improvement :

- Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement.

- Actively participate in training programs.

Documentation :

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.

Adaptability :

- Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
