Position- Customer Care Executive / Inside Sales Executive
Job Locations- Sec-18, Gurugram
Job Description:
- To make outgoing sales calls to interested customers - Data & Mails
- To inform them about Organization's Health packages and home collection services.
- To try and sell/ upsell the products and services to customers. Provide customers with product and service information.
- Process orders, forms and applications. To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To generate more leads from the customers out called.
- Follow up with customer calls where necessary.
- Take fresh bookings.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Compilation of Leads and Closures.
