Executive - Inside Sales - FMCG (2-3 yrs)

- Responsible for attending day to day 15 minutes huddles, sharing the prospect, which is on the verge of closure, documentation, and conversion, funnel for the day/week, no of prospects, and making sure all the prospects are attended on time and converted into a sale.

- Responsible for your Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales targets.

- Responsible for increasing closing rate, average sale, the average number of contracts through targeting and selling to right and targeted customer base.

- Ensure that business processes and procedures are adhered to.

- Responsible to work according to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) - Overall Sales, No of Contracts, Contract Value, Percentage Conversion of Prospects.

- Develop and manage relationships with clients. Spends majority of time inside the sales office making sales calls. (Approx. 80% of the time) -

- Attend the scheduled product training and doubt clearing sessions with reporting heads/Sales Head to understand the sales techniques, products and sharing the customer's feedback,

- Responsible for pro-actively reacts and problem-solves in response to customers' business needs.

- Responsible for understanding and communication of Tradologie's products and solutions, creative services, new technologies, policies, and procedures to new customers.

- Effectively handle customers- complaint issues, minimizing the impact on future potential revenues from those customers.

- Maintains and Builds relationships and enhances revenue from Customers.

- Ensures Service Level Agreements with Customers are met with the help of Strategic Partners- Buyers Team, Customers Support Team & Backend Team

- Responsible to be part of Daily real-time coaching & guidance in Sales techniques and needs of clients to ensure you are capable of meeting & exceeding targets.

- Work with own team and Sales Head to develop near and long-term direct sales strategy.

- Ensure Accounts team, Customer Support, and other internal departments receive accurate and regular feedback from customers and potential customers to support new products, services, and market knowledge.

- Keep current with technological advancements affecting Sales, Customer Service Delivery & Account Management.

The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and should have the ability to multitask and meet strict month-end deadlines. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in selling revenue-based products and solutions.

- Medium level of PC literacy and skill in the Internet, and MS Office environment.

- Prepared to be 100% responsible for his/her performance against revenue targets.

- Ability to build relationships at all levels: externally with customers, internally with peer groups, and elsewhere in the organization.

- Ability to calmly deal with difficult situations e.g. customers complaints or individual performance issues

- Effective communication, leadership, motivational and management skills

- Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to the individual customer and/or groups at all levels

- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and take responsibility, while balancing this with input from key stakeholders of the business.
