Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Support IIFL branches for their sales process for Company product
- Guide potential customers through
- Warming leads generated through online / offline campaigns
- Explaining product features
- Understanding customer's business and offering solution based on Company product
- Sign up and onboarding customers for activation
- Support customers for their queries and issues in beginning of their relationship with Company
- Route qualified sign ups to the demo specialist
- Build relationship with acquired customers to achieve subscription and activation targets
- Identify opportunities by interactions with customers and Parent branches to generate referral and cross sell opportunities
- Provide feedback on customer interaction and campaign lead quality
