Executive - Inside Sales - FinTech (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for our client company who is a leader in the Fintech Industry.
- Build solid prospective leads that exceed the sales goals of the organization.
- Identification of prospective customer's needs and goals, and suggesting an effective course of action regarding the same.
- Following-up with the prospects for collecting feedback and more sales conversions.
- Ensuring the sales pipeline is full with qualified leads and prospects.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process.
- Research and discover various methods to increase consumer engagement.
- Coordinate with other departments like marketing and product development to ensure smooth implementation.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English.
- Problem solver with an experience in inside (tele) sales and consultative selling.
- Strong ability to take initiative and responsibility for their work.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
