Executive - Inside Sales - Executive Search Firm (0-1 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Create and maintain a database of target organization in the assigned market
- Position our products to decision makers in the targeted organizations through outbound calls
- Ensuring daily reports, as per the sales process, is sent to respective Reporting Managers at a defined frequency.
- To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- The ability to sell.
- The ability to handle customers efficiently.
- Possess excellent English communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Having a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
