Our client has been one of the key Electronics interior solutions provider in India. With over 20 offices worldwide, they have significant presence across multiple industries such as Hospitality, Airports, Retail Space and Commercial Buildings and deliver tens of thousands of projects yearly.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Managing the inflow of leads with an emphasis on high quality leads
- Processing leads in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Developing creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
- Proactively following up leads generated by liaising with Sales managers.
- Working on the leads provided by company.
- Highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times
- Managing the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
- Negotiating commercial terms within set guidelines
- Liaising effectively with all departments within the organization to ensure customer requirements are met.
The Profile :
- You have at least 1 year experience within an Inside Sales role, ideally within a relevant industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
