Office Timing: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1st & 3rd Saturday off)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Competitor Analysis:
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
- Identify sales opportunities based on competitor insights.
Customer Communication:
- Regularly communicate with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explore business opportunities.
Lead Generation:
- Develop new leads and referrals to expand the customer base.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database for effective follow-up.
Customer Needs Assessment:
- Understand customer needs through effective communication and active listening.
Product Knowledge:
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Ensure a deep understanding of the manufacturing of engineering goods to effectively communicate value propositions.
Sales Quota Achievement:
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Use excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills to successfully close deals.
Customer Follow-up:
- Take responsibility for customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address any post-sales inquiries and concerns promptly.
Communication Skills:
- Utilize excellent oral communication skills and adhere to best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
Required Key Skills:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of proven sales experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Analytical and Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service:
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with customers.
