Duties/Responsibilities :
- Dial out-bound sales call.
- Contact the customers from the given database and promote the product.
- Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch thinkVidya.com product/service accordingly.
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets.
- Good Communication skills in English & Hindi.
Skills & Experience Required :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Should have Excellent Communication & Convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telesales process, selling products directly to end-users.
- Good at identifying and prioritizing tasks which results in achieving the targets.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in education industry is a big plus.
