Executive - Inside Sales - Education (1-2 yrs)

1) Sales funnel development:

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Customer universe mapping and generating exhaustive list of government and private customers for sales funnel

- Establish, maintain and expand the customer base in existing as well as new sectors

- Accurately enter client's data in the company's CRM or other sales management system

2) Sales Calls:

- Plan and conduct sales call to new and existing customers. Strategize sales call for better conversion rate

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

3) Customer relationship management:

- Establish, develop and foster relationships with the government authorities and influential local bodies/individuals

within the territory to ensure the company's services are as per market demand

- Identify key decision makers and influencers, develop and leverage relationships

- Actively keep track of government tenders, for generating new opportunities

4) Market research & feedback:

- Collect customer feedback and analyze the trends for improvements

- Stay updated with competitors- products and activities

- Undertake key research to understand the business and project drivers of sectors, customers and potential

opportunities

5) Sales promotion, lead generation & sales realization:

- Present information about the company's services to secure sales commitment

- Promote the company's services through social media connect

- Protect and manage the financial resources of the company allocated for sales activities

- Follow up with customers for payment & collect it within time
