Executive - Inside Sales - Education (0-1 yrs)
- Take prospects from the initial contact phase to the qualified phase over the phone.
- Generate revenue by structured counseling sessions to prospects and converting them to paid enrollment and advise students/ parents for their learning needs through effective online demos.
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, Whatsapp, SMS, calls etc.
- Present product solutions virtually.
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
- Respond quickly to assigned leads.
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Open to make approx. 35 to 40 connecting calls to new leads on daily basis
- Should be good in working on MS Excel, Browsing and Data Entry
