Job Description : Business Development Executive ( Individual Contributor)

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 0-1+ years of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in EdTech.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Age up to 28-29 years.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.

- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Salary Bracket : In between 38k-45k (Fixed in hand)

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Language Preferred : Good command in English, Hindi

Gender : Any
