Business Development - Inside Sales


- UK setup to expand its outreach globally in the telecom sector. In the business of research and advisory we help telecom and tech cos with research, intelligence and benchmarks and seeking a qualified inside sales and business manager who will pitch and establish relationships with billion dollar brands across Africa, Asia, Middle East.

Objectives of this role :

1. Build new business opportunities, identify trends and customer need and build a sales pipeline to meet targets

2. Develop strategies, new business proposals and presentations

3. Coordinate with various teams to achieve goals

4. Account management

5. Motivate the team, track performance

Responsibilities :

1. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy

2. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers

3. Follow up to generate interest over Audio and Video conference calls

4. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

5. Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proposals

6. Impart and participate in training and workshops for up-skill and knowledge sharing

Skills and qualifications :

1. Having 6 plus years of experience

2. Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Hands on with Zoom, Teams, CRM, etc.

5. Ability to deliver presentations to Customers abroad

6. Some preference with sales backgrounds in Tech, Product, SaaS, B2B edtech, platforms, Events, etc.
