Job Description :

Designation : Sales & Marketing Executive - Chemicals / Business Development Executive - B2B Chemicals

Job Type: Sales & Marketing, Business Development, after Sales Coordination.

Annual Salary: 1.50 to 2.50 lacs

Primary Responsibilities:

- Offering Quotation on eMails, Following up on Phone, and converting the Sales.

- Handling Each and every inquiry/development work efficiently.

- Enthusiastically keep engaging with existing and probable Customers for building strong relationships and getting good orders/inquiries for close relationships.

- 1 Hour TAT to give offers to any new inquiry/query received, the same may vary depending upon the count and type of inquiry/offer received.

- Keeps Management Informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses.

- To meet each New Customer once asap and meeting them again on a Quarterly basis at least, if not earlier for any work. may get an opportunity to visit outstation customers and foreign clients for development.

- Attending / Visiting Exhibition for meeting and getting new customers.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

- Answering daily correspondence, handling inquiries, quotations, preparing orders LPO's and arranging supplies, answering customers queries, getting quotes from the suppliers and arranging supplies as per the orders in accordance with the customer's requirements along with preparing invoices liaising with the logistic departments and warehouse and monitoring smooth supplies till the customers required point. 


- Handling complaints if any and solving them till customers' satisfaction. 


- Supporting colleagues in work and in absence of them handling their work. Any other work related to office and for Sales and compliances.
