Role Summary:

Experience being a global inside sales in b2b technology; ideal candidate has worked in the IT industry.

Target Market - USA, EMEA, ASEAN, global sales experience

Skills -Experience in IT services solutions, Large enterprise deals, Biometric, Factory automation, IoT, Smart City, SoC/NoC Setup, Managed Services, Application Development and AI/BI Services

Responsibilities :


- Successfully guide new customer sales over the phone. You will be generating new business through outbound calling, email, inbound inquiries and marketing events

- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.

- Perform day-to-day operations deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

- Work closely with field sales, sales leadership, and marketing to establish inside sales alignment and support to deliver company success

- Target management -can own and delivery on lead targets, own SLA etc. Regularly study customer, market and identify important players.

- Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.

- ills orders by transferring orders to fulfilment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.

- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.

- Target management -can own and delivery on lead targets, own SLA etc.

- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.

- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required Qualification :

- BE/ B. Tech /MSc/ MCA University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration

- Familiarity with office software and phone systems

Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days

Shift: Flexible to work in EST and IST shifts.
