Executive - Inside Sales (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold-calling and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs through effective product knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
