Executive - Inside Sales (2-3 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Manager to lead our furniture store sales team. As the Indoor Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the indoor sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for furniture and interior design, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in motivating a sales team to achieve targets.


- Lead and motivate the indoor sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with furniture selection, inquiries, and purchases.

- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer knowledgeable assistance on furniture selection based on preferences and budget.

- Ensure that the indoor sales team maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.

- Coach and train sales associates on effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of indoor sales associates, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate promotional activities, displays, and store events to drive sales.

- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the showroom to enhance the customer experience.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.


- Proven sales experience, preferably in a furniture or retail environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing personality.

- Knowledge of interior design concepts and furniture styles is a plus.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems.


- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Must be reliable and punctual.
