The Responsibilities Will Involve The Following :
- Identify and close sales opportunities with Startup's / Fortune companies
- Execute a high volume of phone calls, LinkedIn messages, emails, and follow-ups to develop pipeline opportunities within target accounts
- Introduce OptimHire services to potential customers through strategic account identification and targeted outbound outreach via cold prospecting.
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Build key customer relationships with OptimHire customers
- Manage qualified opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
- Generate qualified opportunities through phone calls & emails.
- Having experience of 1 to 3 years as an Inside sales associate role.
- Should have at least 1-2 years of sales or cold-calling experience.
- Can successfully handle prospect objections both on the phone and through email.
- Have the experience of conversations with C-suite executives in Statrup's / Fortune 500 companies.
- An ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in selling SAAS B2B / Demo of SAAS Products
- Ready to work in shifts according to North America time zones.
- You should have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
